Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the SilkPanel CMS platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform"), operated by Alexander Frank. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

To access certain features and use the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Users must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 16, you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Premium features are offered as subscription-based services processed through Stripe. Pricing, payment terms, and feature details are provided on the Platform.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You have the right to cancel premium services within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund in accordance with German consumer protection law (§ 312g BGB), provided the service has not yet been fully provided. After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

You may request account deletion by sending an email to [email protected] from your registered email address. Upon verification and processing of your request, your personal data will be anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). This ensures that your account and associated data cannot be traced back to you, while preserving the statistical integrity of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
